Terms of Service

Manomas is a membership platform that helps families discover and connect with independent independent cooks and catering companies for in-home cooking services.

Manomas does not employ, supervise, or subcontract any cook or catering company. Providers are independent businesses or individuals who set their own rates, menus, and availability.

Access to Manomas requires an active annual membership appropriate to your role (family, cook, or catering company). Membership fees are the only fees charged by Manomas.

Membership does not guarantee bookings, availability of any specific provider, or any particular outcome from a booking request.

Manomas does not process, hold, or facilitate payment for cooking services. Families and providers agree pricing and settle payment directly with one another, outside of the Manomas platform.

Any rates displayed on a provider's profile are for informational purposes and are subject to change or negotiation between the parties.

A booking request creates a direct arrangement between a family and a provider once accepted. Manomas is not a party to that arrangement.

Cancellation terms, rescheduling, and any related costs are the responsibility of the family and provider to agree upon between themselves.

Manomas reviews certain information submitted by providers, such as identity documents, certifications, and references, before approving a profile.

Verification reduces but does not eliminate risk. Manomas does not guarantee the ongoing conduct, skill, or reliability of any provider after approval.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use Manomas only for lawful purposes related to arranging in-home cooking services.

Manomas may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or pose a risk to other members.

Manomas may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
