Provider Agreement

As a Manomas provider, you operate as an independent business or individual. You are not an employee, agent, or contractor of Manomas.

You are solely responsible for your own business decisions, including your rates, menus, availability, insurance, licensing, and food safety compliance.

You agree to provide accurate, current information about your experience, certifications, and services, and to promptly update your profile if this information changes.

Misrepresenting your qualifications or experience may result in suspension or removal from Manomas.

To be approved and appear in family searches, you must complete Manomas's verification process, which may include identity confirmation, certification review, and reference checks.

Manomas reserves the right to decline, suspend, or revoke approval at its discretion, including where verification cannot be completed or concerns are raised.

When a family sends a booking request, you are responsible for responding, agreeing final details, and delivering the service as agreed.

All pricing, payment, and cancellation terms for a booking are agreed directly between you and the family. Manomas is not a party to, and does not mediate, these arrangements.

You agree to conduct yourself professionally, maintain appropriate food safety standards, and comply with all applicable laws when providing services in a family's home.

You are responsible for your own liability insurance and any permits or licenses required in your jurisdiction.

Access to provider features requires an active annual membership. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Either you or Manomas may end your membership at any time. Manomas may suspend or remove a profile that violates this agreement or poses a risk to families on the platform.
